MusicFestivals represents The Rubberbandits. Their Hit single “Horse Outside” released December 2010, received over 7 million YouTube views, 100,00 itunes downloads and remains the most tweeted video link in the world. Horse Outside was the song that made Christmas 2010 in Ireland better than bearable. It’s one of those songs that taps into everyones inner need to sing more songs about Horses.
The duo clocked up 70 Live dates from London to Mullingar to Sydney and every point in between already this year, the Rubberbandits showed with follow up video and single “I wanna fight your father” that they were no one trick pony.
The Rubberbandits new single “Black Man” clocks up half a million views in one week as their second Comedy Blap for Channel Four goes live. The comedy blaps for Channel Four were produced by Irish company Sideline and directed by the Bafta award-winning Declan Lowney, responsible for the comedy megahits Little Britain and Fr. Ted.
The First Comedy Blap “The Concert” was released early November and spawned the single “Black Man” which has clocked up almost 500,000 youtube views.
The second comedy blap is called “Alarm Clock” and introduces some new characters to the world of The Rubberbandits, including amongst others Blind Boys Grandad!
